We are contacting you in order to speed up the preparation of the proposals and to arrange the preparatory work-meeting (18Jul07 in BXL).

1) First at all send us or upload to your private folder the LoIC in order to have the guarantee of your commitment.

2) After receiving your LoIC, before 9th July, I will circulate the ZIP of the forms to sign in order to fulfill and publish one digital version pdf of the documents - no partner number or other specification of the project and budget, to be revised, before the 18th meeting, for each proposal and for one of the types of roles (coordinator, GOV, partner or subcontractor).

3) In parallel of this tasks, subscribe in the coreteam group ion order to receive/syndicate all our messages
4) If you can attend the work-meeting please subscribe in the event

5) Please revise the next invitation in order to popularize on our networks next Monday 2nd July.
